Account & Administrative Assistant Real estate company seeking an Accounts and Administrative Assistant to manage accounting duties and support general administrative matters.
Roles & Responsibilities - Account work including but not limited to:
- Handle Account Payable & Receivable.
- Liaise with banks / vendors / customers on issue arise.
- Manage petty cash claim.
- Bank account reconciliation.
- Administration work including but not limited to:
- Maintain filing system and office supplies.
- Update and maintain office policies, procedures, and contact list.
- Ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements - Minimum 3 year’s experience in related fields.
- Able to start work within a short notice preferred.
