Job Requirements With accounting experience; Able to start work with short notice or immediate
Responsibilities - Perform data entry of accounting transactions into the accounting system
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents such as invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Process staff claims, expenses, and petty cash transactions
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Support daily finance and administrative operations
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
