We are looking for a proactive and organised Accounts Assistant to join our busy finance team in Atherton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous accounts experience with strong Accounts Payable knowledge.

You'll support the day-to-day finance function, ensuring financial records are accurate, deadlines are met, and processes run efficiently.

Description

The key responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant will include:

Daily bank reconciliations using Sage 200
Processing financial transactions
Raising customer invoices
Resolving invoice and payment queries with customers and suppliers
Processing recovery payments
Managing online orders
Processing daily bank payments
Weekly credit card reconciliations
