Position Overview

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT 

CAPE TOWN, CBD

R18 000 CTC PER MONTH 

Minimum requirements:


  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in an accounts payable or accounts assistant role

  • Experience in a high-volume processing environment is essential

  • Strong Excel proficiency required.

  • Experience with Sage Evolution 200 (advantageous)

  • Understanding of basic accounting principles.

  • Experience maintaining PAYE records or similar registers (advantageous)

  • Process high volumes of creditor invoices accurately and efficiently

  • Prepare, capture, and reconcile supplier accounts

  • Assist with weekly and monthly payment runs

  • Perform creditor reconciliations and resolve queries timeously
