Position Overview
Our client based in Colchester (Great Tey) is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis for roughly 4-6 weeks with the potential to extend.
This role is to begin on Monday, 13th July, however candidates must be available the week prior for 1 days training/handover.
Duties will include:
Processing and posting invoices
Basic bookkeeping duties
Knowledge of VAT and CIS would be an advantage
Ad-hoc finance administrative duties
Covering reception (incoming calls and assisting visitors to the building)Candidate requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role
Use of Xero would be advantageous
Ability to commit to the days and times required
Own transport due to company locationMonday-Friday, 8:30am-2:30pm with 30 minutes lunch
£13.50-£13.80 per hour
