Role Summary
As Assistant Accountant, you will support the Accountant for our Specialised Products department with multiple tasks, as required in accordance with Company procedures.
What you will be doing
Preparation of Month End reporting. Review contract/spot negotiations, FOB Daily fixture book to MD Reconciling 3rd party accounts Check Shipbroker recaps (contract) to ensure accurate fixture creation in GAIN Check owners/charters invoices for accuracy prior to creating invoices in GAINReview freight payments and associated paperworkCover treasury and credit control role.Cover multicurrency cashbook maintenance/bank reconciliations.
