Accounts Assistant

Job Purpose

The role will provide support to the organisations finance team by maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with day‑to‑day accounting operations whilst ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices, expense claims, and supplier payments (bi‑weekly) accurately and on time
• Process and reconcile the company credit cards
