Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking across multiple entities.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
  • Ensure timely submission of corporate tax, GST, and other statutory compliance reports.
  • Oversee all banking functions, including monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Attend to enquiries and surveys related to financial matters.
  • Assist in budget preparation, financial analysis, and cost management.
  • Administer monthly payroll, CPF contributions, and related HR submissions such as IR8A and IR21.
  • Process employee claims and handle HR-related documentation.
  • Manage applications for permits, passes, grants, and perform other general administrative duties.
