Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive with strong accounting knowledge and the ability to manage general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining books of accounts along with supporting office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Responsibilities
Maintain regular Books of Accounts such as Cash Book, Bank Book, Payment Entries, Receipt Entries, and Journal Vouchers.
Maintain proper financial records and documentation for internal use.
Prepare Debtors and Creditors Reconciliation Statements.
Handle Bank Reconciliation.
Assist in handling statutory compliance like ESI, PF, PT, TDS & GST.
Maintain and update company asset records.
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
