Position Overview

  Responsibilities 

 Handle accounts payables & receivables

 Prepare payment vouchers & receipts

 Assist to prepare weekly/monthly accounting or analysis reports

 Assist to maintain accounts of China office

 Perform general duties such as filing & data entry

 Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

  Requirements 

 DSE / Form 5 or above

 LCC&I level III or equivalent

 2-3 years of accounting experience preferably gained in trading companies or buying office

 Proficiency in MS Word, Excel or PowerPoint

 Familiar with QuickBooks Accounting System an advantage

 Able to work independently & under pressure to meet reporting deadline

 Good command of English & Chinese, spoken Putonghua

 Occasional day trips to Chin...
