Handle day-to-day bookkeeping , reconciliations, and supplier payments

Prepare and submit EMP201, EMP501, and VAT returns accurately and on time

Generate client statements, invoices, and payment reminders

Manage creditors, debtors, and petty cash

Maintain accurate records and support management with monthly reporting

Liaise with external accountants and management regarding financial queries

Ensure compliance with SARS and statutory deadlines

Implement and maintain practical systems to keep financial admin running smoothly
