Job Summary Manage core accounting functions including AR, AP, GL, reconciliations, asset management, and support financial closings and audits to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Responsibilities - Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger functions to maintain accurate financial records
- Process staff claims and reimbursements efficiently to ensure timely payments
- Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations to verify financial accuracy and completeness
- Maintain the fixed asset register and support the annual stock count to ensure asset accuracy
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities to meet reporting deadlines
- Assist with audit, compliance, and statutory matters to ensure regulatory adherence
