Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial transactions.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and payment vouchers.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Verify and process supplier invoices and payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Payroll.
  • Ad Hoc Admin duties.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in accounting.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Accounting software MYOB.
