Position: Accounts Executive
Job descriptions:
. Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation).
. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
. Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in a timely manner.
. Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients/customers.
. Assist in preparing financial statements and budgets
. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
. Requirements
. Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
. Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
