Position Overview

Job Description
  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Record and process all business transactions, such as sales, purchases, and inventory movements, in the accounting system
  • Perform timely account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closings
  • Ensure the company complies with financial laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Liaise with the auditor on queries and provide documentation
  • GST Submission
Job Requirement
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in similar capacity
  • Possess a Diploma in Accountancy
  • Have work experience using MYOB and Autocount accounting systems
  • Well organized, meticulous and good time management
  • Good communication skills
