We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day accounting operations.
Responsibilities - handle accounts payable to ensure timely payment
- create and issue invoices
- monitor and follow up promptly with client on outstanding or overdue payments to ensure timely collections
- perform weekly/ monthly bank reconciliation and filing
- any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements - minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
- strong attention to details and organization skills
- proficient in Microsoft excel
- certificate/ diploma in accounting or relevant certification
