About the role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible mainly for managing Accounts Receivable (AR) functions as well as to support the Account Payable (AP) team's operations. Must have working knowledge of SAP Business One.
Key responsibilities - Manage the Accounts Receivable and monitor collections, and follow up on overdue accounts
- Prepare cash flow reports
- Reconcile customer accounts and bank transactions
- Assist the AP team with data entry into SAP
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare accounting schedules, reports, and supporting documentation as required
