Accounts Executive (Tuas, Singapore)

Responsibilities:

. Generate invoice, credit note and statement

. Handles AR & GL functions

. Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system.

. Maintain accurate financial records and statements.

. Support coordination to ensure payments appropriately and timely processed

. Generate weekly reports

. Assist with company's financial accounting & administration whenever as required

. Perform sales support and other administrative duties

. Enhance current accounting operations to achieve accurate and efficient month end closing reports

Requirements:

. Diploma in Accountancy or related fields

. At least 2 years of relevant experience

. Good PC literacy

. Good command of English
