Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare journal entries, payment vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
• Process supplier payments and follow up on customer receivables.
• Reconcile customer, supplier, and general ledger accounts.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closing activities.
• Prepare VAT‑related documentation and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal departments when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Generate financial reports and support management with accounting data.
• Assist with payroll‑related accounting entries and other finance‑related tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 3 years of UAE accounting experience is mandatory.
