Position Overview

Summary
  • Up to $4000
  • Mon-Fri, Office Hour

Responsibilities
  • Handle high volumes of invoices and payment transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and accurate financial data entry.
  • Support month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and AP reporting.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address invoice and payment-related matters.
  • Assist the Finance team with administrative tasks and other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Candidate with AP experience in marine/semiconductor/electronics manufacturing MNC experience are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with experience handling 1,000–1,500 invoices per month are welcome to apply.
