Position Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Reconcile monthly bank statements with company records.
  • Preparation of SOA and sending it to the concerned agents.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner
  • Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
  • Provide support for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews.
  • Assist in processing payroll and maintaining accurate payroll records.
  • Monthly TDS and VAT Reconciliation
  • Monthly TDS and VAT Return Filing
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate financial information effectively.
