The successful candidate will support the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and timely processing of transactions. Key Responsibilities - Handle Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables functions.
- Maintain vendor records and handle queries related to billing or payment discrepancies.
- Record and reconcile daily sales receipts from retail outlets (cash, NETS, credit cards and e-wallets).
- Maintain accuracy in the input of accounting details into the accounting system.
- Maintain proper filing and accounting records.
- Assist in month-end closing and account reconciliations.
- Provide administrative and ad hoc support as required.
