Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing
  • Invoice payment validation & processing of invoices and billing.
  • Invoice exceptions processing & handling.
  • Routing of invoices for proper approval.
  • Attaching scanned copy of invoices/billings to the ERP system.
• Indexing
  • Encode all necessary information as shown in the invoices & billings.
  • Ensure that all necessary information is completely and accurately encoded.
• Account Management
  • Ensure invoices/billings are completely, accurately and timely processed.
  • Ensure transactions are properly recorded in accordance with the defined standards and requirements.
