The Accounts Payable Representative manages the full accounts payable cycle, including invoicing, reconciliation, and responding to vendor and internal inquiries. Responsibilities

+ Review vendor statements to determine invoice status and communicate payment information internally and with external vendors.

+ Verify the accuracy of entries, postings, and signature approvals prior to processing invoices.

+ Enter, code, and reconcile invoices to the general ledger, identifying and resolving billing discrepancies or misapplied cash transactions.
