We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, preparing payments, and supporting the day-to-day accounts payable function. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong internal controls and positive vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

+ Review, code, and process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and timely

+ Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices and resolve discrepancies

+ Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers

+ Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding balances

+ Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong professional relationships
