Description We are looking for a dependable Accounts Payable Clerk to support a busy manufacturing operation in DeKalb, Illinois. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can manage high-volume invoice activity with accuracy, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders. The person in this role will help keep accounts payable workflows moving efficiently while providing coverage during a period of increased workload.

Responsibilities:
• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner within the accounts payable workflow.
• Perform three-way matching by comparing invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation before payment approval.
• Review and code invoices appropriately to ensure charges are recorded to the correct accounts.
