Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst –

HCLTech – Shared Services (Mexico Scope)

Role Summary

The AP Analyst is responsible for executing high-volume Accounts Payable activities within a shared services environment, ensuring accurate invoice processing, compliance with Mexican tax regulations (SAT), and adherence to internal controls and SLAs. The role supports vendors and stakeholders while ensuring all transactions meet legal and fiscal requirements in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices in SAP (MIRO, FB60, FB65) in line with SLAs
• Perform 2-way/3-way match (PO, GRN, Invoice) with high accuracy
• Process non-PO invoices ensuring proper approvals and documentation
• Handle multi-entity and cross-border invoices when applicable
• Respond to vendor queries (including CFDI rejections or tax issues) within SLA
• Coordinate with:
