The Role

A UK based finance role responsible for all accounts payable activity associated with the Solutions OEM & LLC business, reporting to the Finance Business Partner, Solutions, contributing towards the effectiveness and efficiency of the Finance team.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

Responsible for the maintenance and up-keep of the Accounts Payable (AP) ledgers for BBI Solutions OEM & LLC

Accurate and timely posting of all AP invoices for the above companies.

Monitoring and clearance of invoices in the Docuware invoice verification system, on a daily basis, resolving issues as they arise.
