Insight Global is looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to their client’s team. This person will support accounting operations by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments. The first 2 weeks of every month will be dedicated to month end close where they’ll be responsible for 200 invoices at monimum. They will review and verify invoices to confirm proper coding, documentation, and approvals prior to payment, as well as prepare payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer in accordance with company policies. They will reconcile vendor statements, identify and resolve discrepancies in a prompt and professional manner, and maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records, including AP aging and payment terms within the accounting system.
