We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join a healthcare organization in Boca Raton, Florida on a Contract basis. This role focuses on maintaining accurate payment processing, supporting invoice workflows, and helping ensure timely financial operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in accounts payable functions and is comfortable working within Dynamics in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and assign the appropriate account codes before entry into the system.

• Review payable documents for completeness, verify supporting details, and prepare items for timely approval and payment.

• Manage ACH payments and assist with scheduled check runs to ensure vendors are paid correctly and on time.
