This position reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and requires 3 to 5 years of AP experience. You will perform essential tasks such as data integrity checks in Chrome River and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Approve expense reports and corporate charges in Chrome River
• Perform data cleanup for transactions before uploads
• Manage inquiries and statement reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and business rules
• Complete additional Accounts Payable duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Accounting preferred
• 3 to 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
