**Accounts Payable Specialist**

**Location:** Kennewick, WA
**Pay:** $23 to $25 DOE

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Accounts Payable Specialist** to join our accounting team. This position is responsible for processing a high volume of vendor invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments while following company policies and internal controls. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper approvals.
+ Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices as required.
+ Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
+ Reconcile monthly vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
