Position Overview

  1. Payable checking/processing – internal and suppliers
  2. Preparation of checks and BIR Form 2307
  3. Prepare journal entries and analysis
  4. Withholding tax and VAT relief encoding and alphalist
  5. Assist in month end closing and reporting
  6. Liaison jobs with BIR, SEC, BSP, DOLE and PCAB
  7. Document filing and record keeping tasks
  8. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time for the smooth implementation of Accounting and Admin functions.
