Orlando area company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. The company is looking for a minimum of 3+ years of experience. Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist will include, but not limited to the following.

-- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.

-- Balance and maintain account ledgers; reconcile bank and credit card statements.

-- Monitor office expenses, verify receipts, and maintain expense records.

-- Pay vendor invoices and track account balances.

-- Reconcile and review credit card transactions.

-- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

-- Collaborate with team members to meet accounting and reporting deadlines.

-- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
