About the Role:

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) practice. This hybrid role supports clients across the San Mateo and Palo Alto markets, offering the stability of full-time employment combined with the variety of project-based assignments across leading organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner

+ Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts

+ Manage vendor payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers

+ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

+ Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records
