Description
Minimum Education & Experience

+ High school diploma or GED required

+ 4+ years of experience in a high-volume processing environment

+ Experience supporting multiple subsidiaries preferred

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word; experience with accounting systems required

+ Basic math skills

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency

Job Duties & Competencies

+ Serve as liaison between Accounts Payable Payment Team and Supervisor

+ Perform QA audits prior to check runs and ensure all daily/payment audits are completed

+ Troubleshoot AP team questions, issues, and escalations
