The Role & Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Head of Finance, the role will involve the following responsibilities:

• Leading and mentoring a small team of Accounts Payable Officers
• Weekly processing payroll for 150 employees using HR3
• Being a key driver of system and process improvements
• Play a key role in the strategic direction and expansion of the organisation
• Management of relationships with suppliers
• Month end supplier statement reconciliations
• Relevant reporting duties
• Resolve escalated supplier queries
• Other duties as requested by the Head of Finance as required
