Accounts Receivable Assistant – Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and record customer payments, collections, and outstanding balances.
  • Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
  • Follow up with clients regarding overdue accounts and ensure timely collections.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts receivable records with company financial statements.
  • Maintain organized documentation of transactions and client communications.
  • Support the finance team with reporting and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
