Description
Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk at a growing organization in Arden Hills! The main duties of this position include full cycle accounts receivable, including making collection calls to consumers and businesses, maintaining cash receipts journal, and reconciling accounts. The ideal candidate will experience with QuickBooks and the ability to easily learn new systems. Based out of the East Metro, the Accounts Receivable Clerk will be a contract position.
Responsibilities:

- Applies cash receipts in US dollars and other foreign currencies

- Balances and reconciles general ledger cash account for receipts daily

- Investigates and resolves customer discrepancies

- Regularly calls and informs customers of past due accounts

- Makes inquiries on customer payment status

- Adheres to company credit and collection standards
