Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate accounts receivable records
- Generate and distribute invoices and account statements
- Process customer payments and apply cash receipts accurately
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and customer inquiries
- Reconcile customer accounts and identify variances
