Role:
Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Accounts Receivable Clerk to assist them for 2-3 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:
Manage end-to-end cash collection activities to ensure timely receipt of customer payments.Monitor aged debt reports and identify expected customer payments.Proactively follow up on overdue invoices via phone, email, and other communication channels.Contact customers to secure payment commitments and resolve payment delays.Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer communications, and payment arrangements.Escalate high-risk or overdue accounts where necessary and recommend appropriate actions.Liaise with acc...
