Description
Process customer payments and maintain accurate AR records

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies

Prepare invoices, credit memos, and account statements

Follow up on outstanding balances and collections professionally

Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries

Assist with month-end closing and reporting

Support the accounting team with additional administrative duties
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required

Fluent in Japanese or Mandarin (written and verbal) required

1+ years of Accounts Receivable or accounting experience preferred

Strong Microsoft Excel skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Experience with ERP/accounting software is a plus
