Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist Management Trainee – English – Johannesburg (On Site) Job Description Proactively manage the collection of overdue customer accounts in accordance with company credit policies and contractual terms. Conduct detailed account reconciliations ensuring the accurate allocation of payments and resolution of disputes. Investigate and resolve queries related to invoices, short payments, credit notes and disputed transactions. Prepare and maintain AR ageing reports, collection forecasts, and risk assessments.
