Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support day-to-day receivables operations in Garland, Texas. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with financial records, and confident managing collections, deposits, and account updates. The person in this role will help maintain accurate customer account information, support billing activities, and contribute to broader accounting tasks as business needs arise.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records by updating customer balances, payment activity, and collection status.
• Review customer accounts and process appropriate corrections, adjustments, or write-offs in accordance with company guidelines.
