Accounts Receivable AssociatePosition Overview
The Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for managing incoming payments, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts to ensure timely and accurate revenue collection. This role oversees the full billing and collections cycle, helping minimize bad debt while maintaining strong client relationships and accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities

+ Invoicing & Billing:

+ Generate, review, and distribute customer invoices in alignment with accounting procedures and contract agreements.

+ Payment Processing:

+ Receive, log, and post incoming payments via check, ACH, wire transfer, and credit card transactions.

+ Account Reconciliation:

+ Match payments to corresponding invoices or sales orders to maintain an accurate and balanced accounts receivable ledger.
