Job Summary

The Accounting Associate is responsible for supporting end-to-end AR operations, including invoicing, collections, and AR inbox management. The role ensures timely billing, accurate tracking of receivables, and effective client communication to support cash flow and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send accurate sales invoices to clients in a timely manner.
• Manage and monitor the AR inbox, ensuring prompt responses to client inquiries, payment confirmations, and billing concerns.
