Perform any combination of the following: calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain financial data for use in maintaining accounting records
Compute and record charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods
Prepare account statements, ageing reports, and other records, using typewriter or computer
Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by telephone or solicit payment
Prepare counter receipt for customer when required
Feed in all invoices to BIR for submission
Prepare weekly collection slip
Perform other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications
College graduate of Accounting or any business-related course
