Our client is looking for an organized and customer-focused Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their accounting team. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys building customer relationships while ensuring timely collections, accurate cash application, and efficient accounts receivable operations.


The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

+ Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on schedule

+ Apply customer payments, including checks, ACH, wire transfers, and credit card payments

+ Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
