Your Role

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receivable collections: follow up with assigned customers, send periodic account statements, and contact clients with overdue balances.
• Handle escalations & credits: escalated issues, process RMAs/credits, and address customer concerns promptly.
