Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site surveys and inspections as required by the client/owner to assess project requirements and site conditions.
  • Perform preliminary engineering design and calculations for ACMV systems, including:
    • ACMV equipment selection and sizing
    • Ducting system layout and airflow calculations
    • Chilled water / condenser water piping system layout and calculations
  • Develop preliminary structural coordination designs, including:
    • Concrete plinths for ACMV equipment
    • Maintenance platforms and access structures
    • Equipment seating platforms
  • Prepare and generate shop drawings and technical drawings using AutoCAD for submission and construction purposes.
  • Review and verify material specifications for ACMV equipment and components.
  • Verify and define the installation scope and requirements for ACMV systems.
